Now then! More drains eh! bit of an adventure this. And learnt a few things, 1 of them being, Never DIY waders with wellies, waterproof trousers and duct tape, it doesent work...I found out the hardway, it was quite amusing though... 
Our voyage started in darkness a 2am, and ended in full daylight by 7am...mental. Once again, Myself and Scott were sailing amongst the SS Explorer, which accompanied us on our trip through Standedge Tunnels earlier in the year. anyway, heres the photos:Quite long these were:

After exploring the Crouch System, we voyaged through the murkiness of the River Medlock, untill we entered pikey territory, which was our que for getting the fuckup out of there...heres the photos:

ReplyDeleteYes, drains are fun! I can't imagine studded waders and an inflatable boat are the easiest combination of things to succesfully utilise without incident, so well done there!
