One Hundred and Twenty Six

Redbarn Drain, Oldham

Rolling 6 deep in the Disco, we busted one to Redbarn after discovering a new sewer in the heart of the city, deeply encrusted in fat so thick you could surf on. After a quick wader clean in a swanky apartment block's plaza, Scott, Siologen, Curly, LittleMike, Snappel and Myself continued up to Oldham's premier drain.

In places, the mineral deposits and formations are thick enough to grant this drain a cave status. Eventually shrinking, at the end, you're greeted with a balloon pipe at 3 foot high. Traversing its section wasn't too bad considering the last culvert I had done was Cornbrook. This leads you into Redbarns sewer and processing chamber, which is a similar if smaller set up as Sidedraught Induction.

Sweet day's draining, more to come from over the weekend.
